Business grand opening benefits Angel Flight
A recent grand opening of a new restaurant in Fernie turned out to be a big benefit for Angel Flight East Kootenay.
The grand opening of Bayleaf Indian Fusion Restaurant-Fernie doubled as a fundraiser for Angel Flight, with $3,500 raised.
“A big thank you to Angel Flight East Kootenay for trusting us to organize this event and to the wonderful community of Fernie for your overwhelming support and contributions. Your kindness and generosity have truly made a difference,” Bayleaf stated in a social media post.
“We are deeply grateful for your support and commitment to making a positive impact in our community. As a token of our appreciation, we promise to make this charity event for Angel Flight a yearly tradition at Bayleaf Indian Fusion.”
