BOYS AND GIRLS SENIOR VOLLEYBALL

The Senior Volleyball teams travelled to a huge tournament in Kelowna (40 boys teams and 40 girls teams). The boys won all three of their games in their pool, including Kelowna 25-15, 25-22, Jasper Place (the number one ranked Alberta team) W 25-22 L 25-20 W 15-8, and Earl Marriott (the number one ranked B.C. team) L 25-20 W 25-20 W 15-7. This placed them first in Pool A.

Unfortunately, their cross over game was not against a fourth place team like you would expect; it was against the first place team in Pool D (Abbotsford Christian) and they lost 25-20, 25-20.  This put them playing for somewhere between ninths and 16th. They won their next game against Kelowna 25-15, 25-19 and after a long hard fight against Mt Boucherie they lost L 29-27 W 25-14 L 15-12, placing 10th overall.

The girls lost their pool games, but won their crossover, and tied for 7th overall.
