Rails-to-Trails maintenance begins Wednesday
Maintenance work will be conducted along the NorthStar Rails-to-Trails between Wycliffe and Marysville, beginning on Wednesday.
Contractors will be shoring up the gravel shoulders of the trail from Wednesday, May 16 to Friday, May 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Following the Victoria Day long weekend, crews will resume work from Tuesday, May 22 through to Friday, May 25 again from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Trail access will not be affected, however users may experience some temporary delays while machinery is on the trail. For your safety, please respect and obey any signage and direction of construction personnel in the area.
The City of Cranbrook and City of Kimberley appreciate the patience and understanding of the public while this trail work is completed.
