A public information meeting regarding options for preservation of the Moyie Narrows will be held tomorrow, Saturday, May 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Eagle’s Nest RV Resort Hall, located at 9880 Highway 3/95 west of Moyie.

This meeting is open to the public and will include presentations from representatives of Transport Canada, Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations as well as Kootenay East MLA Tom Shypitka, followed by a question and answer period.

This purpose of this meeting is to provide the community with information regarding the various options that are available in preserving the Narrows.
