The District of Sparwood will see 20 new townhomes starting construction in the spring of 2020.

Dwell Development Solutions reports that The Timbers is coming to the Cherrywood Boulevard neighbourhood next year.

The project will be an “exclusive collection of finely crafted three to four-bedroom, three level townhomes,” the developer described.

“The Timbers is the newest townhome development in over 20 years, which will provide much needed housing options for families to live, play and work locally.”

Dwell Development Solutions, the developer, plans to break ground in the spring of 2020 and complete construction by early 2021.
