The five candidates vying for the vacated District of Invermere council seat squared off in a forum hosted by the Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce Feb. 22.

The following is a one-hour video of the forum, with candidates (from left) Grant Kelly, Grey Bradatsch, Stephanie Stevens, David Goldsmith and Juaniti Violini answering questions at the Lake Windermere Lions Hall.

The March 4 by-election is being held to replace the District of Invermere council seat vacated by Coun. Mark Topliff, who resigned prior to his first council meeting Nov. 8, 2022.

The District of Invermere By-Election is March 4, with early voting available on on February 22 and March 2.
