IMBA Trail Care Crew and CVCS set the record
Columbia Valley Cycling Society (CVCS) members set a record today as 29 people turned out at the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) trail seminar and trail day.
It was the most the IMBA Trail Care Crew has seen at any one workshop on their more than 20 done across Canada this year. The well-trained vollies then did some great work at the popular Kloosifier Trail on the Toby Bench too. Thanks to all the vollies and to AJ and Rachel from the IMBA for making a great day happen.
It was great to see children, seniors, and all ages in between at the seminar. We had hikers, reps from Parks Canada, and of course mountain bikers out. It was a great vibe and shows that we have a dedicated core of passionate and engaged trail users in the Valley. Way to go Columbia Valley trail users!
