With loved ones by her side, Frances Millicent Clarke passed away peacefully on January 9, 2017 at Elk Valley Hospital, aged 78 years.
Frances was born in Fernie, BC on August 27, 1938 to parents Lemert and Emily Smith (nee: Dryden). Frances was a very devoted wife and loving mother, spending time with her family and friends was a treasured passed time.
Frances is survived by her four loving daughters; Deb (Dave) Warner, Shelly (Phill) Bradshaw, Kim (Cam) McDonald and Susan (Gary) Dixon, grandchildren; Jamie (Greg), Erin, Marlee (Preston), Lindsay (Chad), Cody (Kellirae), John Ross (Caitlin), Kate-Lyn (Ryan), Colter (Jan), Skye, Becka, Clayton (Laryssa) and her precious great grandchildren; Lane, Lee, Jack, Aspen, Dylan, Benny, Ayla, Kinslee, Johnny and Kade as well has her sister in law Marilyn (Lorne) Earl and many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
Frances was predeceased by her devoted husband Jack Clarke, son, Jack David Clarke, precious great grandson, Kolt Walker, brothers Roderick and Jack Smith, sisters Marion Zuffa and June Dokken and her parents.
Frances’ greatest joy was her family.
Her loving spirit and amazing legacy will continue to shine on within the hearts of the many who loved her.
