Michael O’Hara

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael O’Hara age 67, of Cranbrook, B.C. He passed away at his residence on Thursday, July 16, 2020 with his wife by his side. Born in Calgary, Alberta. He was the son of the late Henry and Louise O’Hara.

Michael was a self-employed truck driver who drove Super B’S, hauling wood chips, and was most recently employed with Glen Transport/ DCT Chambers. Michael had a passion for driving which he did for over 30 years. Michael was a NASCAR fan. He loved socializing and reminiscing with friends and family.

Michael will sadly be missed by his wife Debbie O’Hara of almost 43 years, his daughters Jennifer O’Hara, Nicole (Calin) Carter, grandson Declan Carter, and his brother Joe (Lorna) O’Hara, and his many friends. He was predeceased by his brother Fredrick (Toni) O’Hara and his sister Eileen Hall.

A private funeral service will be held at McPherson Funeral Services with close friends and family.
