Chamber meeting April 8
The Radium Chamber of Commerce’s Luncheon Meeting will be held at the Radium Community Hall April 8 at noon.
The format of the luncheon has changed slightly from the past chamber luncheon meeting.
The meetings will last from noon to 1:30 p.m. sharp.
“The luncheon agenda will be sent out shortly. We have confirmed that Karin Smith and Michael St. denis from Parks Canada will give a short report of some upcoming events and programs that Parks Canada is looking at starting this 2013 season,” reported chamber manager Kent Kebe.
Additionally, Columbia Valley RCMP Detachment NCO, Staff Sgt. Marko Shehovac will give a RCMP report. And Grant Costello, vice-president of Glacier Resorts Ltd. is going to give a presentation on Jumbo Glacier Resorts’ planned summer activities on Farnham Glacier and an update of the Jumbo Resort Municipality.
