Columbia Power recognized as a top employer
Columbia Power Corporation is pleased to announce it has been named one of B.C.’s Top Employers for 2014. This prestigious award identifies the company as one of the province’s best places to work.
B.C.’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

“Congratulations to Columbia Power Corporation on being recognized as one of the top employers in B.C.,” said Bill Bennett, Minister of Energy, Mines and Minister Responsible for Core Review. “Eight hundred high paying jobs have been created by the construction of the Arrow Lakes Generating Station, the Brilliant Expansion project and the Waneta Expansion project.”
