Target opens in Cranbrook
The parking lot at Cranbrook’s Tamarack Mall hasn’t been this busy in well over a year.
Target opened for business in the Key City May 7, opening its doors in the former Zellers location in the mall.

Pay Less brand promise for guests across Canada.”
Target, one of Wal-Mart’s chief competitors in the United States, opened nine stores in B.C., 10 stores in Alberta and three in Manitoba earlier this week.
Stores will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
Minneapolis-based Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) has 1,808 stores – 1,784 in the United States and 24 in Canada – and at Target.com.
