Tourism Radium’s general membership luncheon meeting will take place at the Radium Seniors Community Hall at noon Monday, September 24.

The luncheon meeting is the final one before the Annual General Meeting on October 22.

Courtney, the Tourism Radium administrator, along with her marketing committee team, will be giving a presentation/update regarding the exciting winter marketing initiative and the many special projects and trade shows that are being planned for the upcoming fall and winter 2013.

All members will be receiving next week, a number of documents (bylaws, policies, membership definition and fee proposal) that the Board of Directors would like you to review as they will be discussed at the meeting.

Graham Kerslake our Tourism Radium and Radium Chamber President will also be giving an update to the membership regarding the work that has been done since last Octobers’ AGM and the boards’ vision for the future.

The nomination forms for the 2012 election of the Tourism Radium Board of Directors are now available. If there is someone you would like to nominate who is in good standing, the forms may be picked up at the office or we can email them to you.

Lunch will be catered and the cost is $12 if you wish to eat. Please RSVP the office so we have plate number to give to the caterer.
