In 1982 the Cranbrook Phoenix Toastmasters was founded and has had a long history in Cranbrook supporting individuals to reach their leadership and communication goals through the Toastmasters International program.

Blair Farish,(DTM) a founding member and Diana Cavers(DTM) a  long-standing member, recently cut the 30th anniversary cake. DTM stands for Distinguished Toastmaster and is the highest level a person can attain in the Toastmasters organization.

We are also looking for new members. Why wait for spring. Do it now! From Feb. 16 to March 22 we are offering one free month of membership.

Meetings are at the Heritage Inn every Thursday and start promptly, running from 12:10 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Learn in a positive, supportive atmosphere, improve everyday communication and enhance leadership skills. If you are interested in challenging yourself to be a better public speaker, a better leader or just a better communicator contact our club through Arla at 250-422-3253 or [email protected].
