BBQ to aid The Long Way Home
Cranbrook’s emergency services personnel are combining to support The Long Way Home initiative on Friday, June 19.
Royal Lepage East Kootenay Realty and Cranbrook Fire Fighters will be joined by Cranbrook RCMP, Search and Rescue and emergency health services members from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 25-10th Avenue South for the EKR Corral Annual BBQ.
Adding a rainbow’s spectrum of colour to the event is P.T. the Clown who will thrill the kids with her antics, face painting and balloons.
For $5 you get a burger/hotdog, chips and pop. All proceeds go to The Long Way Home in support of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
