Cranbrook and District Community Foundation (CDCF) is a member of the Cranbrook Social Planning Society. In our role we help to advocate for poverty awareness in our community.

The month of October is Poverty Awareness Month. From October 1-30 we will be collecting donations of new socks, baby diapers, toiletries, feminine hygiene products and foot/hand warmers. These items will then be distributed to people in need through community service agencies.

Please consider dropping off items in our donation bin throughout October at the Community Foundation office – suite 250 second floor, 100 Cranbrook Street North (Service BC Building).
