KSCU continues support of health care
Kootenay Savings Invermere & Radium Branch Manager, Kristin Olsen, along with staff from the Kootenay Savings Invermere Branch recently presented Deb Austin (IH Health Services Director Invermere/Golden) and representatives from the hospital with a donation of $7,620 to support community program needs in the Columbia Valley.
These funds were raised through the Phantom Celebrating Health Care Tournament and East Kootenay Foundation for Health (EKFH) Starlite Campaign. The donations are already put to use purchasing a pressure relief mattress for Columbia House, an ultra-low bed and transfer bench for the Invermere & District Hospital.
