Macdonald ready for third election

Columbia River-Revelstoke NDP candidate, two-time NDP MLA Norm Macdonald, opened his campaign office in Kimberley Thursday, April 18.
Despite last minute street construction directly outside the 117 Wallinger Avenue office, Macdonald and his campaign team hosted a steady stream of party supporters and well wishers during a three-hour meet and greet.
Macdonald, of Golden, is taking on Fairmont Hot Springs resident Doug Clovechok (Liberal), Fairmont resident Earl Olsen (Conservative) and Green Party candidate Laurel Ralston of Kimberley in the May 14 provincial election.
