Trafficker arrested in Cranbrook
On Wednesday, Sept 25, a 30-year-old male was arrested in downtown Cranbrook for Trafficking.
A search incidental to arrest located almost two grams of cocaine along with $760 cash.
The subject, originally from Alberta, has an extensive criminal record and is already before the courts on a trafficking charge. On Thursday, Sept 26 he was taken before a Judicial Justice of the Peace and has been remanded in custody for court on Monday, Sept 30.
The Cranbrook/Kimberley drug task force continues to target those involved in the drug trade for the safety of our communities.
