Walk With Your Doc events coming to EK
A successful event from in other parts of B.C. is coming to the East Kootenay on Thursday, May 14.
From noon – 1 p.m. in Cranbrook, Creston, Fernie, Golden, Invermere, Kimberley and Sparwood, a Walk With Your Doc event is taking place.
Locally organized by the EK Division of Family Practice Society, Walk With Your Doc is concerted effort to take steps together towards good health.
Walk with your Doc is an annual event celebrating daily movement for better health. Doctors and other health care professionals are hosting free walks in communities across the province and walking side-by-side with their patients and the public.

Fernie – Annex Park
Golden – Spirit Square
Invermere – Mt. Nelson Athletic Park
Kimberley – Civic Centre Arena
Sparwood – Sparwood Recreation & Leisure Centre
