Golden-Field RCMP search for missing woman
Golden-Field RCMP is asking the public for assistance in finding a missing woman.
Rocky Mountain House, Alberta resident Sheila Scrutton was reported missing on August 5. She was last seen on August 4, leaving Kinbasket Lake.
Police and her family are concerned for her well-being as it is out of character for her to have no contact with her family for this length of time.
A search is ongoing with the assistance of Golden & District Search & Rescue, said Cst. Spencer Lainchbury with the Golden-Field RCMP.
A RCMP helicopter will be utilized to support the search in the area.
Scrutton was last seen near Golden on August 4.
She is believed to be driving a red 2016 Ford F-150 bearing AB licence plate EJJ-117 (pictured below).
