Snow Golf Tournament this Saturday
The Kinsmen Club of Windermere Valley are presenting the 22nd annual Snow Golf Tournament this upcoming weekend (Jan. 14).
The always hilarious, fun and funky Snow Golf Tourney is an 18-hole scramble format on a course carved out of the ice of Lake Windermere’s Taynton Bay, off Kinsmen Beach in Invermere.
Cost to enter is $35 per person and players must be 19 years or older.
Take part in one of the most unique golf tourneys in the world and help the Kinsmen raise funds to be returned to local causes.
Registration runs from 11 a.m. to noon when the shotgun start is signalled.
Gather in The Station Pub post tourney for prizes, results and some good old fashioned fun.
