Valley Appreciation Day turning 30

The 30th annual Valley Appreciation Day is this Saturday, July 22, in Invermere.

Valley Appreciation Day has evolved over the last 30 years into a celebration of the Columbia Valley lifestyle.

This downtown Invermere festival will host the service clubs complimentary pancake breakfast, the Gagne Family logging show, a stage show, cart races and live entertainment.

Incorporated into the event will be a market offering a variety of goods that cannot be found at the Farmer’s Market as well as children’s activities and interactive games.
