Parkway re-opened after early morning MVA
Highway 93 in Kootenay National Park is open following a motor vehicle accident (MVA) 46 km north of Radium Hot Springs this morning (Feb. 2).
At approximately 2 a.m. today Invermere Fire Rescue was dispatched to Highway 93 in Kootenay Park near Hector Gorge for a two vehicle MVA.
DriveBC reports the highway remains closed this morning, with an update expected around noon.
No other details of the two-vehicle MVA have been provided.
