Letter to the Editor
Following the re-opening of its public pools on Friday, January 24, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort extends its gratitude to the provincial Interior Health Authority, Evolution Pools & Spas, and Aqua Plans Aquatic Consultants Inc. for their support and collaboration.
Together, the resort, government body and our local partners succeeded in ensuring that the additional safety-related items from the full public pools’ renovation project were implemented effectively and efficiently.
We also wish to thank our guests for their patience and understanding as we underwent these upgrades. The health and safety of our guests has been and always will be our primary concern, and we look forward to welcoming guests to Fairmont Hot Springs Resort public pools for a relaxing, fun and safe experience of Canada’s largest natural mineral hot springs.
