Abundance Holistic Health & Yoga Fair Nov. 16 & 17
The annual Abundance Holistic Health & Yoga Fair is moving from Kimberley to Cranbrook in 2024’s fourth iteration, which showcases holistic modalities that support overall health and wellbeing and offers the community a chance to meet wellness business and facilitators from around the Kootenays in one place.
A free gathering for those looking to support their health in ways that include body/mind/ emotional state and spirit.
The Wellness Market & Soul Talk Sessions will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the Royal Alexandra Hall at the Canadian Rail Museum in Cranbrook.
The Saturday event portion is free admission to attend and features 30+ wellness vendors and exhibitors.
The market opens at 11 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. Throughout the day there will be 20 different 30 minute Soul Talk Sessions to attend on a variety of topics from nutrition, to breathwork, QiGong, fascia release maneuvers, meditations, energy work and more.

On Sunday, Nov. 17 come fill your cup at the Immersive & Restorative Retreat Day.
This day includes all sessions and a nourishing community lunch all for less than a price of a massage. Come rest and rejuvenate your spirit, body, mind and soul with a sound bath journey and yoga, breathwork guidance, therapeutic art workshop on releasing attachments, tapping into Intuition session, shamanic immersion, voice activation, gentle yoga and celebratory expressive movement session.
This will be a nurturing day to come in your comfy clothes and bring your blanket and pillow kind of day. Enjoy a beautifully curated schedule that will take you on a journey through your heart to connect to joyful play and allow you to feel restored and refreshed going into the winter season. This day is sure to delight your senses allowing deep relaxation.
