Cranbrook Beer Festival is eight days away
Here’s what attendees can expect at this second annual event
Victoria Beer Society and the City of Cranbrook are getting ready to host this exciting event on September 14 at the iconic Balment Park.
Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their best Beerfest costume, Lederhosen and Dirndl are welcome in the spirit of Oktoberfest! Join us for a day of fun with friends on September 14 where you can sample 10 B.C. beers and spirits and eight beers from across the country!
Craft beer and beverage fans can enjoy unique samplings from Nelson Brewing Co., Mt Begbie Brewing Co., Taynton Bay Spirits, Over Time Beer Works, Wild North Brewing Co., Whitetooth Brewing Co., Bellwoods Brewery from Toronto, Ontario, Les Trois Mousquetaires from Brossard, Quebec, Blood Brothers from Toronto Ontario, 100% Organic Brewery – Big Spruce from Nyanza, Nova Scotia, North Brewing from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and Banished from Paradise, Newfoundland.
These are craft beers that you can not typically try, don’t miss the opportunity and come see how the rest of Canada does craft beer!
Of course there will be entertaining live music, delicious food trucks including Hungry Eh, Mama Dumplings, Iggys food truck, and Fenwick and Bakers food truck, fun games, and more.
New this year we’ll be offering some non-beer beverage makers! Dry Goods, the Iconic Brewery Powell Street Brewings’ Non-Alch beer brand, and the most amazing, Vancouver based, Mocktail Maker- Edna’s Non-Alcoholic Cocktails.
For Spirits, Tanyton Bay will be bringing their best Gin and Vodka for you to sample while you enjoy some tunes from DJ Benji!

General admission tickets are $45 and includes five tokens.
Premium Tickets are $75 and you get in 30 minutes early and includes 10 tokens.
