Cranbrook Sunrise Rotary support Bud’s Bench
The Bud’s Bench Project, a tribute to volunteers past, present and future, received $1,500 from the Rotary Club of Cranbrook Sunrise.
Rolena Arthur, Chair of their Community Grants Committee, stopped by the Studio Stage Door on Friday, Feb. 18 to deliver the cheque to project lead, Peter Schalk, President of Cranbrook Community Theatre Society.
“Cranbrook Sunrise Rotary members are pleased to celebrate volunteers, and hope to inspire more volunteerism by contributing to Bud’s Bench,” said Arthur.
The Bud’s Bench project partners are: Cranbrook Community Theatre, Cranbrook Arts, Key City Theatre, Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce, Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK), Rotary Club of Cranbrook BC, City of Cranbrook.
