Cranbrook and area Pink Floyd fans were treated to next-best-thing truffles Sept. 29 at Key City Theatre when Victoria’s PIGS took the stage, part of their In The Flesh tour.

Billed as Canada’s most authentic live Pink Floyd tribute, PIGS took Floyd fans on a tour of the legendary British band’s highlights.

Josh Szczepanowski (David Gilmour)- vocals, lead guitar, Geoff Howe (Roger Waters)- vocals, bass, rhythm guitar, Adam Basterfield (Richard Wright)- keyboards, vocals, Mike Quirke (Nick Mason)- drums, percussion, Jon Baglo (Snowy White) guitar, bass, Char Birkbeck aka Anneda (vocals/Clare Torry role) and Peter Ransford (saxophonist/Dick Parry role) comprise PIGS.

A highlight of the evening was Mount Baker Secondary School’s performing Another Brick in the Wall Part 2 with the band. (Ed. note: Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, we were unable to get video/photos of this.)
