Moir Park and the Moir Park dog park have reopened to the public after the City of Cranbrook allowed firefighters with the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) to use the space as temporary accommodations as they worked the St. Mary’s River wildfire.

All regular user group activity at Moir Park can resume effective immediately.

The City of Cranbrook and the BCWS appreciate the public’s understanding while Moir Park was closed during this time.
