Rock the Kootenays with BC Transit
BC Transit and the City of Cranbrook are announcing free transit for the weekend of August 11 – 13.
Leave the car at home when heading out to Rock the Kootenays at Western Financial Place and consider boarding a rockin’ BC Transit bus to get to the festival. All transit, including handyDART services will be free starting Friday August 11 until Sunday August 13.
There will also be two free shuttles at the end of each night starting at 10 p.m. and running until 11 p.m. The first shuttle will take customers from Western Financial Place to Tamarack Centre and the Walmart Plaza.
The other shuttle will take customers on a loop around the southside of Cranbrook. A map for the shuttles is available here.
