Traffic detour on Monday
Repaving work is going to cause some temporary disruptions to both local traffic and transit routes on Monday, November 14.
The intersection of 6th Street South and 14th Avenue South will be repaved beginning at 7 a.m. Monday and work will run until about 7 p.m. As a result, 14th Avenue South will be closed to all traffic between 5th Street South and 7th Street South. Traffic control and detour signage will be in place and drivers are please asked to respect those detours.
Paving work will also affect BC Transit Route #14. Only a couple of regular stops between 5th St. S and 7th St. South will be impacted.
