Contractors working for the City of Cranbrook on the influent trunk main project will resume construction starting Tuesday, October 12, which will impact traffic at the intersection of Highway 3 and Victoria Avenue for a few days.

On Tuesday October 12, crews will begin crossing Highway 3 at Theatre Road toward Victoria Avenue, through overnight hours from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. until Friday, October 15.

The sidewalk and the crosswalk in this work zone will be closed. Lanes on Highway 3 will be reduced with reduced speed in place, however, travel on Highway 3 will be maintained during the construction period.

Motorists – please slow down, watch for, and obey all traffic control personnel and signage around the project.
