Weight Watchers 0 Point Soup

Mommy’s Weird

By Kyla Cornish

If there is one thing that I learned about being on Weight Watchers it was to remember what you have had to eat that day. For example, if I have a burger and fries for lunch I probably shouldn’t order in wings and pizza for supper.

So for days that I know I am going to eat 45 wings I usually eat this for lunch.

Weight Watchers 0 Point Soup

soup2-2 garlic cloves

-1/2 onion

-1 cup chopped carrot

Saute until soft about 5 minutes

– 5 cups chicken broth

– 1 TBSP of tomato paste

-1 cup green beans

– 4 cups chopped cabbage

– basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer 10 minutes

– 2 cups chopped zucchini

Simmer another 5 minutes.

This soup freezes very well and is pretty tasty. If I get bored with it, I will add a chopped up pepperoni stick and my girlfriend loves hers with sriracha. So tasty. For the record I just ate this for lunch because tonight is Nacho Night!

Yo. If you dug this then you might like some of my other Weird Recipes.
