What’s new with COTR’s Continuing Education?

College of the Rockies’ Continuing Education guides will soon be showing up in mailboxes all through the East Kootenay. With short-term courses for people of all ages and backgrounds, Continuing Education programming is geared to help participants connect to new experiences, interests, skills and talents.

Continuing Education at COTR offers a diverse array of non-credit courses and is always expanding. The most recent guide is no exception. New offerings include a variety of cooking classes in Cranbrook and Invermere, aromatherapy in Creston, outdoor adventures in Fernie, personal development in Golden, and plenty of options for improving your business in Kimberley.

Once you have chosen the course that is right for you, registering is now even easier.  You can now register and pay online for most Continuing Education courses with a few easy clicks 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

“Our secure online registration allows students the ability to register and pay for Continuing Education courses at their own convenience,” says Director of Continuing Education, Contract Training and Campus Operations Leah Bradish.  “Of course, we are still happy to accept registrations in person or by phone during regular business hours.”

The current Continuing Education guides include courses being held between November and January and includes a wide variety of course options for work or play.
