2021 in the East Kootenay

Well wasn’t that a year?

Right! Time to move on! Welcome to you 2022. Try not to be such a restricting bastage as that plague tormented turn around the sun known as 2021!

Thanks to 2021 being only slightly better than 2020 due to COVID-19 and its 4,037 variants, we just didn’t get out much and when we did, shooting conditions were not optimal. See also: wildfires and thick smoke.

The following is a brief look back at our ramblings around the East Kootenay, with smatterings of images relevant to a pandemic year – one for the memory banks for so many of us.

It was once again a blessing to be able to ride out a pandemic on the warm(er) side of the Rockies.
