Last call to support local non-profit annual fundraiser

The team at Wildsight Kimberley Cranbrook loves to explore the community in the summer, especially by bicycle. Whether that’s out on the trails or heading to a restaurant patio, they love pedalling while they can — and they want to share that opportunity with you.

As part of an annual fundraiser, the non-profit has a Liv Amiti E+3 (valued at $4,100) available for their 2024 raffle. Their goal is to raise funds to support their environmental education, conservation, and regeneration initiatives, such as the Apple Capture Program or their new Forest and Nature School.

“Each ticket is only $10 — that’s our best offer yet!” shared organizer Ali Hadikin, Communications Coordinator for Wildsight Kimberley Cranbrook. “We love seeing how excited everyone is for this fundraiser each year, even though it’s our fifth year offering it. The support we receive is always amazing, it helps so much to run our important programs year-round.”

Tickets can be purchased weekly at the Kimberley Farmers’ Market, which is full of fresh local produce until Thursday, September 19.

The group has also organized different pop-up sales locations, like the Cranbrook Farmers’ Market, and you can also purchase tickets online. The prize draw will take place live at 6:30 p.m. at the Kimberley Farmers’ Market on Thursday, August 29.
