Local clubs finalists for regional PGA of BC Awards
The PGA of British Columbia this morning announced the regional recipients in 10 categories of the 2017 PGA of BC Awards, with several East Kootenay golf clubs/courses among those being selected as finalists.
The regional award recipients listed below for the Lower Mainland, Kootenays/Northern BC, Interior and Vancouver Island, respectively, were selected following an open nomination period and extensive deliberations by regional nomination committees.
Each of the regional award recipients are now provincial finalists for this year’s PGA of BC Awards, with the winners to be announced next month.
Below, PGA of BC members will find a link to vote for their preferred candidate in each category. Please note that a PGA of Canada member ID is required to submit a ballot, and ID numbers will be verified. Voting will remain open until Friday, Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. PT.
The voting results will then be forwarded to the final selection committee, which consists of past PGA of BC Award Recipients.
Please note that voting will NOT directly determine the recipient of each award, but will be used as supplemental information for the committee in their final decision-making.
