Lots to see and do Dec. 10 at Fort Steele
This Sunday, December 10, join in at Fort Steele Heritage Town for another holiday focused ‘Sunday in December.’
Father Christmas is spending another day with us in the Lambi House from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Come warm up by the wood stove and enjoy complimentary cider and cookies, and snap a pic with Father Christmas!
We will be making holiday crafts at the International Hotel (next to the Bakery) from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Please purchase a $2 craft ticket to participate, supplies are limited.
This week we will be making wooden disc Christmas ornaments, all supplies will be provided. If you want something special attached to your wooden disc ornament, please remember to bring it along.
We will be entertaining you with the movie Elf, a modern day favourite! Admission is $2, and concession is available. Showtime is 1 p.m.
Either sleigh rides or wagon rides will be available, depending on our weather! Rides are $5 per person, and children under five-years of age ride free!
