UPDATE: The highway has been re-opened.

A motor vehicle accident has forced the closure of the McPhee Bridge, spanning the St. Mary River on Highway 95A between Cranbrook and Kimberley.

DriveBC notes a detour is available via Wycliffe Road. There is no estimated time of the highway re-opening.

NOTE: Wycliffe Road is bound to be slippery at this time. Please drive with due care and attention.
