Letter to the Editor

I teamed up with the fabulous Erin Dalton from Huckleberry Books to make the fundraiser into a “Blind Date With a Book” which proved to be a successful and super fun evening.

Big thanks are due to the Huckleberry crew; Kimberley’s newest band ‘Howard Street Blend’; poets Heather Wattie, Lori Craig, and Eniko; along with the bar crew Suzanne McAllister and Lorna Locke.

Gratitude also goes to the generous donations from Over Time Beer Works, Mountain Grass Glass Gallery & Bistro, Save On Foods, Sam Millard, Rob Toller, Michele Doucette, Keith Powell, Al Price, Dawn Bryant, and The Shed.

I’m happy to announce that we raised $1,740 for the Kimberley Kaleidoscope Arts Festival.
