Two large power outages coming up
BC Hydro customers in the rural area north of Cranbrook and District of Sparwood can expect power outages in the coming days.
About 143 homes in the Wycliffe area will be without power between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 29.
The following locations will be without power Oct. 29: 4931-5180 Booth Creek Road, 6471-6737 Heyer Road, 5561 Mclellan Road, 306, 804, 1200, 9255 Perry Creek Road, 895-5851 Six Mile Lane, 5526 Stag Road, 200 Staples, 7015-7567 Turner Road, 6283-8110 Wycliffe Road, 143-8055 Wycliffe Park Road, 5771-9500 Wycliffe Perry Creek.
And 2,793 customers in Sparwood will be without power between 1 and 5 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 5.
The outages are due to planned work being done on BC Hydro equipment.
