United Way East Kootenay is distributing potentially life-saving LIFE KITS.

The LIFE KIT is a plastic envelope containing important personal and medical information for your family members.

Completed information is placed in the top right-hand door of your refrigerator. The red LIFE KIT stickers are placed on your front door and refrigerator door. In the event of an emergency, first responders will immediately know that your household information is in one place for easy access.

Pick up your Life Kit as noted on this poster, prepare and place kit as instructed.
