The Wasa Triathlon was held June 11-12 with an enthusiastic crowd of racers excited to return to the long running event.

Participants swam, biked and ran their way to victory. The event ran over two days and attracted participants from all over Western Canada.

The winner was Mika Eggink who competed both days and came in overall in the Wasa Warrior Challenge with a time of 2:57:21.

Thanks to the hard work from the many volunteers, organizers, and participants the Wasa Triathlon was a great success.
