The District of Elkford is considering an updated Off-road Vehicle Bylaw to replace the current bylaw that has been in place since 2006.

This new bylaw proposes some significant changes including removing the requirement to obtain a District licence plate, adding the potential to get permits to travel along designated portions of road and updating the trails map.
