Fernie Chamber seeks Griz Days management RFPs
The Fernie Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified event management companies to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Griz Days 2025.
The chamber will remain the host organization, and the selected event management firm will report to the FCoC and collaborate closely on all event deliverables.
The chosen event management team will be responsible for delivering a high-quality festival experience, introducing new attractions, and ensuring smooth logistical operations.
Submission details: Interested parties should submit their proposals by Friday, August 23. Shortlisted vendors will be invited for virtual interviews between August 28-30, with the final selection made by Wednesday, September 4.
