Still time to nominate a business/individual
There is only a week left to get your nominations in for the Fernie Community and Business Excellence Awards.
This event recognizes the best of Fernie from business practices, to customer service, to community leadership. You can nominate an individual, business, or organizations online here, or on paper. Nomination boxes are found at City Hall and the Fernie Public Library.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala on October 21.
The year, the Fernie Chamber of Commerce has invited Kelsey Ramsden to speak. Kelsey has been named Canada’s number one female entrepreneur by Profit magazine. She is a Richard Branson Centre Mentor and founder of SparkPlay, Belvedere Place Development, and Tallus Ridge Development.
