In accordance with sections 220, 224 and 225 of the Community Charter, the City of Fernie will be considering an amendment to Tax Exemption Bylaw No.2284 to exempt seven properties from taxation for the calendar year of 2025.

The bylaw received its first three readings at the regular council meeting of October 22, and council will consider adoption at a special council meeting on October 31.

Paper copies of the proposed bylaw and related documents are available for viewing at City Hall, 501 3^rd Avenue, during regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
