Three queens, one outrageous night

Freyja Lifestyle Fashion is pleased to present Miss Ellen Q and the Pumas to Fernie Thursday October 6, with bonus performances by Visa De’Klein and Chi Chi.

Miss Ellen Q has been slaying the entertainment scene in the Bow Valley for years, and its time to bring that level of performance across the Alberta/B.C. border to Fernie!

Miss Ellen Q, aka Joe Bembridge, was instrumental in bringing Banff Pride to Banff in 2013, educating a small mountain town along the way. With a degree in theatre performance Joe is revitalizing the drama department at Banff community High School as an artist in residence. Joe is quoted in an article (highlineonline.com) as saying: “This is my community, and all I can do is make my community the best it can be.”

This is someone we can really relate to in Fernie. Visa De’Klein and Chi Chi reign from Calgary, where they are largely in demand.

The entire night is in the spirit of supporting arts culture in Fernie. All proceeds of the event are to go to The Fernie Arts Station – keeping the arts scene growing and exciting here in our own backyard.

Tickets are are available at Freyja Lifestyle Fashion downtown Fernie.

This is a Fernie Pride event.
