Highway 3/93 is closed between Jaffray and Betania Road after a cattle liner overturned earlier today (dec. 17) near the overpass.

There are downed power lines, causing a power outage in the area and members of the South Country Fire Departments are currently on scene assisting in addition to traffic control and other agencies.

The highway is expected to be closed for some time; however, there is a detour route available on Betania Road.
